Orders and Payments

By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Delivery Policy

All meals are delivered fresh to the address provided during the order process. Delivery times and availability may vary. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your meals within the specified time frame. However, we are not liable for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation and Refunds

We freshly prepare meals based on orders placed each week, with a cut-off time of Monday at 9 am. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us promptly by phone or email so that we can assist you accordingly.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind regarding an order or its contents. However, we may be able to address any errors in the order process before shipment.

Our products are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). If you believe any products delivered to you are damaged, defective, or do not meet the guarantees under the CGA, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review digital or physical evidence of the defective product and respond within 7 days. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 14 days from the date we confirm your eligibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. While we can't accommodate individual modifications such as removing specific ingredients from our menu items, we're committed to offering a variety that caters to different tastes and preferences. We understand and support dietary choices and allergies, but at this time, we won't be able to provide meals tailored to specific dietary needs. Our menu items are listed as-is and available for purchase as part of our small-batch offerings. We cannot guarantee that our meals will be free from allergens or other dietary sensitivities.

Limitation of Liability

The Underground Chefs Kitchen will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services or from any products purchased from us. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction.
